Our kudos go to chef for the hospitality! We had a suite and views were incredible. Moreover, there was free WiFi! It was within short walking distance to Portloe city centre.
-
We liked our stay; the amenities and location were lovely. The people here are professional. It's right at The Ship Inn, good for a little drink.
-
Great view of the harbor from the restaurant.
The three course menu was delicious, but the food was almost the same every day.
-
Great location directly on the coast! Calm, very peaceful.
Slightly high price. Not everything met the four-star standard!
-
Great location directly by the sea. Room with the sea view. Wide bed. Modern dining room. Ideal location on the coast.
-
The food was delicious. We were welcomed very kindly, as if we belonged to the family. Thank you very much.
The room was quite small for a rather high price.
-
A unique location, very friendly staff, well managed hotel. The food was simply fantastic (although the menu offered little variety) - excellent cuisine!
The variety on the menu.
-
Attentive staff, beautiful room with a very nice bathroom. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, nice choice for vegetarians. Overall, we felt very comfortable there.
It is difficult to get a parking space if you have a big car.
-
The Staff, in particular Jane, Richard and the young girl who served breakfast.
Noisy plumbing and limited choise of fresh fruit at breakfast.
-
peace and tranquility comfortable bed and room, easy parking helpfull staff
vastly over priced. tried to over charge by a massive £330
-
relaxation, the laid back staff & manner the hotel room was lovely location great
-
the location of the hotel was amazing and the staff welcoming
I thought the food at dinner was only fair
-
The location of the hotel ia fantastic, situated directly onto the beach with the cornish coastal path running alongside. Lots of fabulous bracing walks. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, we were always greated by name as opposed to room number.
-
Food and staffing where very good at dinner.
The decoration of the bedroom was not up to the standard we used to. Poor service at breakfast.
-
location excellent staff friendly and helpfull room comfortable and well maintained only problem was parking
because of the remote location of hotel parking was a problem when hotel was full
